As part of this very highly regarded team, you will have extensive client contact, and involvement in all aspects of employment law (both contentious and non-contentious) but with a particular focus on corporate and commercial real estate support work, including advising in connection with the employment aspects of share acquisitions and disposals, business transfers, contracting out and in, director appointments and terminations, share schemes and pensions.
