Construction & Projects – Non-Contentious (Job no longer available in the system)

2-5 Years PQE

This is an excellent chance to make a difference in a dynamic unit. This firm has developed its specialist Construction and Projects unit, and continuing business success and team restructuring has created the need to recruit an experienced solicitor for the team. The team carries out a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, and growth is being experienced in both categories. You will be involved in largely non-contentious work, but will have a willingness to carry out dispute work too, all as part of a team. You will negotiate development agreements; drafting design team appointments, negotiate collateral warranties, and amend building contracts. PPP/PFI or major project experience is important.
