Are you a corporate tax specialist, and keen to further your technical skills in a commercially driven environment? If so, our client will be interested in meeting with you. They are looking to appoint a specialist to advise on tax aspects of corporate transactions, including structuring and negotiation of legal documents, as well as property transactions, including advice on SDLT and VAT. You must have relevant experience to date, be business solutions driven and have the ability to deal with legal complexities.
