This mid-tier Edinburgh firm has built a strong reputation in real estate work and has a well-respected property department involved in a mixture of landlord and tenant, investment and development work. They are looking for an additional real estate solicitor with at least 2 years of solid general commercial property experience, gained with a similar property practice. The ideal candidate will have some hands-on experience of developments, sales and purchases/leases preferably relating to large mixed commercial, retail and residential developments. Planning or banking experience would also be extremely useful. You will be involved in major transactions on behalf of banks and financial institutions, as well as local developers, tenants and government departments and bodies. An excellent package is on offer for the successful candidate.
