Are you a commercial litigator with experience in IP/IT? Or are you interested in specialising in this area? One of Scotland’s most highly regarded commercial firms will appoint a senior solicitor to its Technology, Media and Communications team. Working closely with a partner and an associate, you can look forward to working with a range of clients from financial institutions, government departments and IT suppliers. You will have previous experience litigating in IP/ IT, or will be able to demonstrate strong commercial litigation and a willingness to specialise this discipline.
