You will deliver a range of high quality legal advice and assistance in-house. Across the group, you will be part of the commercial and strategic process, and will be involved in a range of general commercial work as well as supporting funds related projects. You will assist with negotiating, drafting and reviewing contracts; provide support to business projects including transfers/disposals, product development and corporate restructuring; and provide general advice to all business areas. You will ideally have some regulatory funds knowledge, and will be interested in combining this with an autonomous generalist role.
