3+ years’ pqe

Our client’s Private Client Department requires an additional senior solicitor with at least 3 years’ pqe for its team. The successful candidate will have gained experience of executries, tax planning and the formation and administration of trusts as well as drafting Wills. A good working knowledge of Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and Income Tax both for individuals and Trusts as well as Stock Exchange investments and transactions is required. (ref. 67027)
