The Traineeship: We offer flexibility and, with traineeship seat rotations every six months, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in up to four departments. We also offer “in-house” secondments, giving you the opportunity to work directly with our clients, and we support applications for the LSS Brussels Office secondment.

Trainee development is an integral part of our performance management programme and we offer a varied training programme designed to enhance your technical and business skills. We also place great emphasis on fostering a friendly working environment and have an active sports and social committee which organises such events as the office day out, Stars In Their Eyes etc. We also offer a distinctive “Premier Crew” networking group, a fun and entertaining way to develop networking skills for trainees and solicitors.
