DLA Piper Appointed as Glasgow 2014 Legal Counsel

DLA Piper has been appointed as the legal service providers for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games' Organising Committee.

A team of DLA Piper lawyers led by Nick Fitzpatrick and John McKinlay will advise the OC on aspects of staging the Games in Glasgow.

Nick Fitzpatrick, partner and co-head of DLA Piper's commercial sport team said: "Everyone at the firm is tremendously excited about the 2014 Games. We are very proud to have won the opportunity to help realise Glasgow's - and Scotland's - vision for the event. This is obviously great news for our team."
