Pinsent Masons has recently recruited Stacey Smyth as an associate and Scott Johnston as a senior associate to its construction team in Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Scott Johnston recently returned to Scotland from Australia where he practiced with Freehills Solicitors in Sydney. Stacey is dual qualified in English and Scottish law and her experience includes providing advice on all aspects of construction - through tendering and contracting, to completion. Stacey also has expertise in all aspects of construction due diligence in real estate transactions.
