Biggart Baillie has announced that Martin Gallaher and Damien Bechelli have been assumed as partners within the firm.

Gallaher becomes a partner in the Infrastructure, Environment & Transport department in the firm's Glasgow office, while Bechelli is promoted to associate in the Corporate department, also in Glasgow.

"Martin's promotion to partner is a key part of our strategy to expand our Infrastructure, Environment and Transport practice which has enjoyed continued success since its formation in 2006," said Managing Partner, Derek Ellery.

Elsewhere in the firm, Laura Brain becomes an associate in the Dispute Management department, and Caroline Earnshaw has been promoted to associate in the Infrastructure, Environment & Transport department.
