Semple Fraser have announced that dual qualified solicitors Douglas Gourlay, Jonathan Kirkwood and Kirsteen Milne have been assumed as directors, whilst Nigel Eccles and Kathryn Black have both been promoted to associate at the firm.

Of the five, Kirtseen Milne has been with the firm since her traineeship, and currently leads the construction team in Edinburgh.
